Deacon Randy Larsen offers a few fishing excursions and trips to the beach per year. We will board the bus for a fun trip to the coast at 8 am and will return to the church at 3 pm. Some fishing gear and bait will be available, but if you have one, please bring it along! Don’t forget the sunscreen!
Forever Young is a group open to our church members and friends who are 55 plus. We enjoy fellowship, fun, and making new friends together. We have had many fun adventures together. Some of our past events have been: Lunch at Olive Garden, a favorite – Der Dutchman Amish Restaurant & Bakery in Sarasota, Potluck dinners at Family of Christ, a trip to the Holy Land Experience in Orlando, a visit to Tampa Electric to see the Manatees, lunch on the Yacht Starship in Tampa, and several fundraiser cruises aboard Royal Caribbean.
Bring your knit or crochet projects and gab with the ladies of out Knit & Gab Group! The group meets in the pastors’ office weekly on Thursdays at Noon.
