I founded Family of Christ as a mission in 1999. My wife, Karen, and I have been married for 23 years. We have two children, both students at the University of South Florida. Luke is 21 years old and Grace is now 19. Both of them are studying Business and Finance. My favorite activities are golf, running when my knees are feeling good, and following the Rays.

I was Born on the tiny island of Key West, Florida, a land of pirates, poets and amazing sunsets, in the age of the post-war baby boom. I have been married to the love of my life, Barbara, for over 39 years. We met in college where I lived and served at the Lutheran Campus Ministry house at F.S.U. Barbara is a Quality Assurance Manager and has worked in software for many years. We have three great adult kids; Rebecca (PhD Geography, Environmental Science & Ecology at U.S.F. / Professor of GIS at University of Oklahoma), Sean (IT Specialist) and Michael (Mechanical Engineering student at U.S.F.). I have worked in a number of different fields, but was mostly a Software Engineer with IBM, before being called into the ministry. I enjoy travel, photography, reading, theater and film, and watching NCAA football.
